Sign up to Skycop and they will assess whether you can make a claim.

Quality and good service are very important to us. Are you dissatisfied with our services or do you have any suggestions? Please ask your questions or submit your suggestions to our customer service centre.

Do you have any questions about a flight you’ve booked and have already taken?

In that case, you can submit a complaint to us by email within two months of the flight taking place.

When will I receive a response to my complaint?

We investigate all complaints. If we can resolve the complaint ourselves, we aim to do so as quickly as possible. Complaints where we have to wait for a response from the airline or another supplier may take a little longer to resolve.

Can I submit a complaint about an airline to you?

You can also submit a complaint about an airline to us. However, some airlines only accept complaints when they are submitted by the customer themselves. In such cases, we will let you know so that you can send your complaint directly to the airline. As we act as intermediaries, we are not responsible for the airlines’ services.

Who can I contact regarding issues relating to delays, cancellations and denied boarding?

If you have any questions regarding the EU Regulation, a refusal to pay compensation in the event of denied boarding, or if your flight was delayed or cancelled, we recommend contacting Skycop to benefit from their assistance and expertise.

When you buy a product online, a cooling-off period usually applies. During the cooling-off period, you can cancel your purchase. This period does not apply to tickets and bookings made for a specific date, such as flight tickets, car hire or hotel accommodation.

If you decide on the day of booking that you wish to cancel your booking, we can provide a ticket cancellation service by telephone until 8.00 pm (on weekends and public holidays until 3.00 pm) for a fee of €15. This is subject to the terms and conditions.

If you wish to cancel after 8.00 pm (after 3.00 pm at weekends and on public holidays), the terms and conditions specified in your booking will apply. To cancel, you can complete our cancellation form. Once we have received your request, a member of our customer service team will contact you regarding the cancellation terms and the refund amount.

PLEASE NOTE! Tickets for low-cost airlines, such as Ryanair or Wizzair, are non-refundable.

The amount of compensation depends on the flight distance. Compensation ranges from €250 to €600 per ticket. Skycop operates on a ‘No compensation, no fee’ basis. Skycop only charges a service fee once a claim has been successful. You’ll find a link to the price list in the email you’ve received.

Have you created a new email address or would you like to change your current one? Please contact us via our customer service email, by phone or by replying to the newsletter (if you’re a subscriber). Our customer service team will be happy to help you.

If your flight is delayed by less than three hours, you may be entitled to compensation. Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 sets out the rights of air passengers in the event of delays, cancellations or denied boarding. In such cases, airlines may be required to provide meals, refreshments and two free telephone calls. Further information is available here.

If you have any questions regarding your claim, please contact Skycop. As you have dealt directly with Skycop regarding your claim, we do not have any information about it.

You can find answers to your questions by:

  • by logging in to the Skycop.lt website;
  • by replying to one of the emails sent to you by Skycop;
  • by using the chat function on the Skycop website;
  • by sending an email to info@greitai.lt.

In 2004, the European Commission defined air passengers’ rights in Regulation No 261/2004. This regulation protects passengers in the event of delays, cancellations and missed connections.

When does the regulation apply to your flight?

  • If you are flying from an airport in a European Union country;
  • if you are flying from a country outside the European Union to a country within the European Union and your flight is operated by an airline based in the European Union.

In addition, one of the following conditions must be met:

  • the flight is delayed by more than three hours;
  • the flight was cancelled just before departure;
  • you were denied boarding because more tickets were sold than there were seats available;
  • the time of your flight has been significantly changed within 14 days of departure.

What are your rights? If you are already at the airport, you are entitled to compensation and assistance. This means that the airline must offer you food, refreshments and two telephone calls. If the delay is longer, the airline must also book you a hotel room, including transport to and from the airport. You will usually receive compensation in the form of vouchers. If you do not receive vouchers, you can claim the costs back from the airline at a later date.

If you meet the conditions set out above, you will probably be entitled to additional compensation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. For example, if the delay was caused by weather conditions, a strike by third parties (such as air traffic control), or if an emergency landing was required for medical reasons. The amount of compensation depends on the distance to your destination:

  • up to 1,500 km – €250 per passenger;
  • from 1,500 km to 3,500 km – €400 per passenger;
  • over 3,500 km – €600 per passenger.

You can claim compensation through our partner, Skycop. They will assess your claim and, if necessary, initiate legal proceedings. They have extensive experience in handling such claims, so there is a high likelihood that your claim will be successful.
