You can file claims regarding poor-quality services, disrupted flights or other issues by e-mail info@tagoo.lt, we will respond as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
Information on the examination of disputes in state institutions
Disputes regarding improper performance or non-performance of contracts are considered out of court in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Consumer Rights Protection of the Republic of Lithuania at the State Consumer Rights Protection Service, address Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, website www.vvtat.lt. An application can be submitted electronically via the ODR platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/. A person's application to an institution examining consumer disputes does not deprive him of the right to apply to a court of general jurisdiction in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Lithuania with a request to examine the dispute on its merits.
