The date on my ticket is incorrect.
If the date on your ticket does not match your planned travel date, it can usually be changed for a fee. Whether you can change the date and how much it will cost depends on your ticket and the airline’s terms and conditions, so please contact our customer service centre as soon as possible to let us know about the change of date.
Once you have booked your ticket, you will first receive a booking confirmation. You will receive an email containing your e-ticket within 72 hours. If you are travelling within 72 hours, you will receive your e-ticket within 24 hours.
When booking certain tickets, you may need to travel part of the journey by train. It is important to note that you must travel by train. If you do not do so, you will be considered a no-show and all subsequent flights listed on your ticket will be cancelled. This may result in significant additional costs.
You can collect your train ticket (regardless of whether you have reserved a seat or not) from the ticket office at the station you are travelling from, no later than 2 hours before departure. Simply show your e-ticket and travel documents. The same applies to your return journey. Check in advance on which day and at what time you will be travelling to ensure that the ticket offices at the railway station are open. If the ticket offices are closed, you will probably have to depart from a different railway station. You can find more information on the KLM, Air France and Brussels Airlines websites.
When you arrive by train, go to the check-in desk at the airport, where you can check in for your flight by presenting your train ticket, e-ticket and travel documents. So, please do not throw away your train ticket. If you do not present your train ticket, you will have to pay the current price for your flight ticket.

Check your ‘Spam’ folder. Still can’t find your ticket there? Then you’ve probably entered your email address incorrectly and will need to contact our customer service centre.
There is no barcode on your e-ticket. You will find the barcode on your boarding pass, which you will receive once you have checked in for your flight.
Your e-ticket contains all the information you need to check in online. You don’t need to print your e-ticket, but do make sure you save it so that you always have it to hand. You can use your e-ticket to check in online or at the airport. Most airlines allow you to check in online 24–48 hours before departure. Some airlines even require you to do so even earlier. To check in online, check with the airline you’re flying with or go directly to the airline’s website. Although we recommend that everyone checks in online, it is usually possible to check in at the airport as well.
You’ll receive your ticket after booking. Always check that your name matches the one on your passport. You’ll see the Greitai.lt and airline booking codes on your ticket. You will need the latter when checking in for your flight online.

When booking a flight ticket, we also offer the option to choose a so-called flexible ticket. If you choose this service, you can change your flight date **once** for any reason, provided you do so at least 48 hours before the first flight. This way, you can avoid the hefty change fee charged by the airline.

You are permitted to change your ticket at least 48 hours before your first flight.
For what reasons can you change your flight ticket?
You can change your flight date for any reason, ranging from a forecast of bad weather at your holiday destination to a desire to stay on for a few more days.
